Through a dark glass - musings on the Catholic Church from an outsider on the inside

I hope more eyes than my own will visit this site and find it of interest. Perhaps my perspective as a non-Catholic working for Liguori Publications will intrique. From time to time, my thoughts may scandalize but I hope they never bore.

S-T-R-E-T-C-H

Hello:

I'm back. I've been away far longer than I intended, but it's been a necessary concession. My years seem to pass increasingly quickly, but 2006 seems to be the year that just melted away.

I don't really intend for tonight's post to set any new records for BLOGging excellence. The important thing (to me) is that it's here. So many things in life are symbolic, so is this. There are too many stories to tell at this moment. Too many to tell in one sitting anyway. The progress that I had been making as a writer had shown me that less is more. For now I'll try to return to my hard won routines and muse about system upgrades, warehousing, broken toes and bicycles.

Peace,

P. Del Ricci - Dark Glass
